TEC Christmas Trees has been open as a Choose & Cut farm since 1986. The first trees were planted in 1979. The farm is managed on a sustainable basis utilizing sound forestry practices. For every tree that is harvested, up to three new trees are planted each year.
Real Christmas Trees provide wildlife habitat, aesthetic beauty, protect soil and water, and help support life by absorbing carbon dioxide and supplying oxygen. It takes 8 to 12 years to grow a high quality Christmas Tree.
Activities
Weather permitting, you can walk the access road and trails to observe the many types of birds and animals that live here.
Pose for a picture sitting on the small sleigh and enjoy being in nature.
There is ample parking if you choose to walk and select your tree. After cutting you can drive to pick the tree or have our friendly staff help you bring the tree to the loading area. Tree stands and tree bags are available.
Remember to stop at the Warming Shed if you have any questions or need assistance. Please park off road or in designated parking areas.
